Farmer Signs was founded in 1980 under the name Kenneth Farmer Advertising Art, Inc. For the first twelve years the company specialized in the design and production of signage and point-of-purchase materials for major oil companies.

In 1985, the company was asked by an Atlanta advertising agency to design and develop a real estate sign for a local company. The final design consisted of a sign made of high impact styrene plastic, completely assembled on a stand and lightweight for easy use.

In 1986, due to the growing demand for the real estate sign, Farmer Signs received a patent on the design and made the decision to devote an entire operation to the manufacturing of real estate signs nationwide.

Today Farmer Signs is considered to be one of the leading national suppliers and manufacturers of real estate signage including Information/Brochure Boxes, Yard Signs, Directional Signs and Agent Decals and Clipons, servicing more than 750 independent real estate companies and national franchises such as Coldwell Banker, Prudential, Century 21 and many others throughout the metro Atlanta, Georgia area and nationwide.

Sign Design
Our standard real estate signs are made of two high impact styrene panels fused together and mounted on a black powder coated steel stand. The signs are delivered assembled, ready to install with a protective sleeve cover to maintain appearance.
